Today the company is run by Angelo, Clodomiro and Armando Berardi.<\/p>\n
A wine cellar of 1000 square meters completely underground at a depth of 8 meters, with a temperature maintained constant with an electronic thermal control. This is how the different Franciacorta wines are aged in 28 stainless steel tanks, which are then blended in defined percentages.<\/p>\n
In the small barrique cellar, part of the base Franciacorta wine is aged for a few months, depending on the grape variety and the soil and climate of each vineyard.
